1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the Bond service (hereinafter "the Service"), a dating application published by TwoStack.
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
2. Service description
Bond is a dating application for people aged 40 and over, offering an approach based on progressive discovery of profiles through 6 thematic chapters.
The Service includes:
- Creating a personal profile structured in 6 chapters
- Discovering other members' profiles
- A messaging system between members
- Matchmaking features
3. Access conditions
3.1. Minimum age
The Service is reserved for individuals aged 40 or over. By registering, you declare that you have reached this minimum age.
3.2. Registration
Access to the Service requires prior registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
3.3. User account
Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity from your account is presumed to be your doing.

The Service is available under three plans:

Prices may be changed by TwoStack, with users being informed of any change 30 days in advance.
4.2. Payment
Payments are made through our secure provider Stripe. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless you cancel.
4.3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Your account then reverts to the Free plan.
4.4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons.

6. Moderation and sanctions
TwoStack reserves the right to moderate content published on the Service and to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these Terms, without notice or compensation.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your rights to the content you publish on Bond. However, you grant TwoStack a non-exclusive license to use this content for the operation of the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
TwoStack uses all reasonable means to ensure proper operation of the Service. However, TwoStack cannot guarantee:
- The absence of interruption or errors in the Service
- The accuracy of information provided by other users
- The success of your encounters through the Service
9. Terms modifications
TwoStack reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Mons shall have sole jurisdiction.
